Information about
new service prices

Our service prices will be changed from 1 November 2021. Changes in prices apply to daily service packages and savings account. Changes do not require you to take any action or contact us.

How will the new packaging prices change?

The price of the services depends on the benefit level and the selected package. You can find information about your benefit level and packaging in the letter we have sent you, or in your eBanking. The price of your package will also be affected by the time the agreement for your package of services was made - whether the agreement was made before or after 1 September 2019.

If you want to change your package, please note the differences in the content of the packages. Gold and Platinum Service Packs agreed after September 1, 2019 do not include a credit card, but a separate annual fee will be charged for the credit card. If you change the package, your package will automatically be included in the new package content and pricing, even if your previous package has entered into force before 1 September 2019.
