Block bank identifiers to eBanking and the telephone service If you suspect that your bank identifiers (user ID, password and/or security card) have fallen into the possession of an outsider, block the use of the identifiers without delay. After this, your identifiers cannot be used to access eBanking or the telephone service.
Do one of the following:
Block access through eBanking (24 hours a day)
- When logging in to eBanking, select 'Block Bank Identifiers' in the security code entry window. Click 'Block now' button. You need to remember your user ID and password to use the service, or
- In the eBanking menu, select 'Settings' > 'Bank identifiers'. Click the 'Block bank identifiers' button. You need to remember your user ID and password to use the service.
Call automatic telephone service (24 hours a day)
- Private customers: 0200 2581 (6 cent/min + local network charge/mobile phone charge)
- Corporate customers: 0200 1580 (39 cent/min+local network charge/mobile phone charge)
- Unless you have agreed on express identification, you need to remember your user ID and password to use the service. Select 'Security services' by pressing '5' and after that you hear more information.
Call our Card Service 24 Hours for cardholders at 0200 2585 (local network charge/mobile phone charge). Explain that you wish to block your bank identifiers.
Call our personal customer service at 0200 2590 (local network charge/mobile phone charge). Explain that you wish to block your bank identifiers. This service is available on weekdays from 9 am to 4 pm.
Call our online service customer support at 0200 2589 (local network charge/mobile phone charge). Explain that you wish to block your bank identifiers. This service is available on weekdays from 8 am to 6 pm.
Visit a Danske Bank branch during its opening hours. Explain that you wish to block your bank identifiers.
You can get new bank identifiers and reactivate the services by personally visiting a Danske Bank branch.
