We want to ensure that our terms and conditions are up-to-date and also to take customer security issues into better account. This is why we are making various clarifications, additions and deletions to the terms and conditions. The terms and conditions have taken into account new functionalities in our services, which we aim to make available to our customers on an ongoing basis.

The price changes we are now making apply to only a small number of our services. The price changes are being made due to the increased costs of providing these services.

The discounts on the basic prices of the payment envelope service and balance and transaction enquiries, as set out in the list of benefits under the Danske Benefit Programme, are valid until further notice. Balance and transaction enquiries at ATMs are free of charge for our customers under 18 years of age.

A text message asking you to read a letter sent by your bank in eBanking or Danske Mobile Bank is genuine. The bank will never send a link to log in to your eBanking or Mobile Bank by text message. Read more about our security instructions.

Account Information Service means that a third party may, with the customer's consent, retrieve, for example, Danske Bank's payment account balances and transactions. On the other hand, Danske Bank may, with the customer's consent, retrieve the customer's payment account balances and transactions with another bank.

The Payment Order Service means that a third party may, with the customer's consent, initiate a payment transaction from a payment account held in the customer's bank.
