Danske ID Accessibility Statement for the Authentication App

This accessibility statement pertains to the Danske ID authentication app and was created on January 13, 2025. The service must adhere to the law on the provision of digital services, which mandates that online and mobile services offered by public sector and financial industry entities be accessible. We have conducted the accessibility evaluation of the service ourselves.

Accessibility Status of the Service

The service complies with all accessibility requirements except for WCAG 1.3.4 (Orientation). Some screens are set to a fixed horizontal display, even though landscape orientation is functional on tablets. This may result in some missing functionalities. If you encounter any additional accessibility issues with the service, please provide feedback at accessibility@danskebank.dk. 

Regulatory authority

If you notice other accessibility issues in the service, first give us feedback at accessibility@danskebank.dk. The answer can take 14 days. If you are not satisfied with the response you receive or if you do not receive any response at all within two weeks, you can file a report with the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom.
