Online Banking and Online Payment Accessibility Statement
This accessibility statement is related to Danske Bank's online banking and online payment interfaces and was last updated on January 15, 2025. The service must comply with the law on the provision of digital services, which mandates that web services provided by public and financial sector entities be accessible. An external expert organization has evaluated the accessibility of these services.
Accessibility Status of the Site
The online services are not yet fully compliant with all accessibility standards and only partially meet the required accessibility guidelines. Many elements of the services' content and functionalities are not easily readable by screen readers or usable without a mouse. Below is a detailed list of the most significant issues we have identified. If you find any other accessibility problems in these services, please provide feedback through our online form. We are continually working to improve the accessibility of our services.
Non-Accessible Content:
- 1.4.10 Reflow (AA): Some pages offer scrolling in two dimensions. This can make it difficult to view and understand displayed content if used.
- 2.5.3 Label in Name (A): The technical name of a field or button sometimes does not match the actual field purpose. Screen readers might confuse the users.
- 3.2.2 On Input (A): In some cases, a new window can pop up unannounced after filling out a form or making a selection, which can cause user confusion.
- 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value (A): Definitions of fields are sometimes missing proper setup, which can result in partly missing functionality of assistive technologies.
- 4.1.3 Status Messages (AA): The cursor position/focus might be disconnected from status messages, requiring the user to move to the correct field.
