Basic bank services enable the use of the above services only. In addition to the account, you can use all of the services or, at your option, only part of them.
Consumer customers have the right to the basic banking services offered by deposit banks. The services include a basic current account and a related instrument of account access (such as a debit card and online bank identifiers), the possibility to withdraw cash, execution of payment transactions and an electronic identification method. However, accounts with overdraft feature or credit cards are not basic banking services.
