The steps of becoming a customer
1. Fill in customer information form
Download and fill in the form, then save the form on your computer. Note that the form will download automatically.
N.B. If the file opened in a protected view, exit Protected View by clicking Enable All Features on the message bar.
2. Provide us with proof of identity
The valid proof of identity is eg. photo ID and other documents.

3. Submit the form with attachments
Send in customer information form and proof of identify. Upload it through Secure Upload function below.

You can upload up to 10 files, in the following formats:
Word/docx/doc, Excel/xslx/xls, Pdf, Tekst/txt, Jpeg/jpg, Png or Gif.
Please note that files may not be larger than 5MB per file.
What happens after upload
The form and ID will be checked and if any questions you will be contacted within 1-2 days. When we have all the necessary information, we will send you an agreement for the ordered product by mail. You will receive it within 5-8 days days.
When you have delivered a signed agreement in one of our branches we will start the production of your products. Expect to receive the card within 7-10 days.
