Secured card payments
You can confirm your online purchases made with a card using Danske Bank bank identifiers or with two passwords.
Note: after you have entered your card details for your payment in a Webshop and you have entered the screen of Danske Bank and Mastercard ID Check, please change the language of those screens by clicking “EN” on top of the first page (see below).
Personal customer
- Confirm your online card purchases with Danske Bank bank identifiers
If you have Danske ID, you confirm purchases directly in the application without entering your username and password. If you have a passcode device, you will first enter your user name and password and then you will accept purchases using the device.
You can apply for bank identifiers booking an appointment to visit our branch by calling 0100 4000 (local network/mobile call charge). You will need to take valid ID with you.
- If you do not want to get bank identifiers, you can use two passwords to confirm online card purchases. You create your personal password at our Card administration site. In addition to your personal password, you must always confirm online purchases using a one-time passcode received by text message. For the purposes of confirmation, we need to know your valid mobile phone number.
Corporate cardholder

For the purposes of confirmation, we need to know your valid mobile phone number. If you are a corporate card holder, you can provide us your mobilephone number through your company contact person.

If you have Danske ID, you confirm purchases directly in the application without entering your username and password.
