Once you contact us, the account closure process typically takes a week to complete.
To transfer your remaining balance to another bank, initiate the transfer through online banking, or provide your external bank account details using the online form above.
If you wish to use our services again in the future, you’re welcome to become a customer again. This can be done using the “become a customer” form found on the danskebank.fi homepage.

When your account is closed, the online banking agreement also ends. You will no longer be able to log in to online banking.
There are no fees when closing your account or withdrawing your funds.
