In case your book-entry account number has errors, you can check the correct number from your own bank. Subscription Commitment in Public Offering
I hereby commit to subscribe for the amount of shares in Lemonsoft Oyj specified below in accordance with the terms and conditions of Lemonsoft’s initial public offering (the “Initial Public Offering”). The Initial Public Offering comprises, inter alia, a public offering to private individuals and entities in Finland (the “Public Offering”) in accordance with the prospectus approved on 8 November 2021 (the “Prospectus”). The Prospectus will be available prior to the commencement of the subscription period.
The detailed terms and conditions of the Initial Public Offering as regards the submission of the subscription commitment, the payment upon the submission of the purchase commitment and other terms and conditions are included in the Prospectus under section “Terms and Conditions of the Offering” (in Finnish, “Listautumisannin ehdot”).
