Public Share Sale
In the Public Share Sale, you have the opportunity to participate in the Listing Sale and in the Bonus Share Sale. To participate in the Bonus Share Sale, you must first subscribe for Sale Shares in the Listing Sale of Posti Group Corporation.The subscription ratio between the Sale Shares offered in the Listing Sale and in the Bonus Share Sale is 1:1, meaning that each Sale Share subscribed for in the Listing Sale entitles you to subscribe for one (1) Sale Share in the Bonus Share Sale.The Sale Shares allocated in the Bonus Share Sale will be converted into the ordinary shares of Posti Group Corporation after the time limit specified in the terms and conditions, approximately on 10 October 2026. Additionally, for every ten (10) Sale Shares allocated in the Bonus Share Sale and held by the investor at the time of conversion, one (1) additional Posti Group Corporation share will be delivered free of charge.
